  The Union Country Board of Chosen Freeholders has created the "HEART" program (History, Education, Arts - Reaching Thousands), aimed at showcasing local talents. The HEART programs seeks to strengthen the county's community non-profit organizations, artists and scholars and encourages organizations and individuals to apply for the HEART grant.
